Great to meet you!

Hey! I’m Heather and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to meeting clients where they are in their healing journey. I believe in creating a safe, compassionate space where individuals can explore their stories, build resilience, and rediscover their inner strength.

I earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Walden University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Lakeland University, and an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice Law Enforcement from Fox Valley Technical College.

With experience working with children, teens, and adults across a variety of settings, I bring a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by at-risk youth, individuals on the autism spectrum, and survivors of trauma or sexual assault

My approach to therapy

Heather works with clients ages 4 and up, including families. I enjoy helping them navigate life’s challenges, process trauma, and build meaningful connections through empathy, understanding, and growth!

What you can expect from me

My goal as a therapist is to provide a warm, collaborative space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered. I integrate multiple approaches—including cognitive-behavioral, trauma-informed, and play-based interventions—to meet clients where they are in their healing journey. I’m passionate about helping children, teens, and adults build self-awareness
