Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a background in working with individuals and families navigating high-stress situations, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Over the years, I’ve supported clients through difficult moments such as conflict within relationships, overwhelming stress, and major life changes, helping them find clarity and move forward with confidence.

In my current role, I work closely with professionals and families to problem-solve complex situations, which has strengthened my ability to listen, identify patterns, and offer practical, real-life strategies. I’ve also had extensive experience in crisis intervention, supporting individuals during some of their most overwhelming moments.

I primarily work with adults who are dealing with anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, anger, and life transitions. I also enjoy supporting parents who are feeling overwhelmed and looking for guidance in navigating family dynamics, and communication.

My goal is to provide a space where you feel heard, supported, and able to work through what’s going on in a way that feels both meaningful and actionable.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is practical, collaborative, and focused on helping you move forward. I tend to work in a way that feels more like a guided conversation, where we explore what’s going on, identify patterns, and develop realistic strategies you can use in your daily life.

I draw from approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Strength-Based Therapy. This means we’ll look at how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected, while also focusing on your strengths and what is already working.

I believe therapy should feel helpful and engaging, not overwhelming. While we will process challenges, we will also spend time identifying solutions, building coping tools, and creating a path forward that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and understanding what brings you to therapy. You’ll have the opportunity to share what’s been going on, and I’ll ask some questions to better understand your situation, your goals, and what you’re hoping to get out of our work together.

This session is not about having everything figured out—it’s about starting the process. We may begin identifying patterns or areas of focus, and in some cases, I may offer initial thoughts or strategies you can begin using right away.

Most importantly, my goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of direction.
