Great to meet you!

You deserve a space where you can show up exactly as you are and feel genuinely seen, supported, and understood. Together, we create a compassionate, welcoming environment where you can begin making sense of what you’re feeling, reconnect with yourself, and move toward greater clarity, confidence, and emotional well-being.

With more than 27 years of experience in mental health, I’ve had the honor of supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, trauma, stress, burnout, and major life transitions. I believe every person’s story is unique, so our work together is thoughtfully tailored to your individual needs, strengths, values, and goals. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in helping you build greater self-awareness, resilience, and lasting inner stability.

My approach to therapy

Clients often share that they feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported in our work together.

My style is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I will meet you where you are, and together we can build clarity, strengthen your sense of self, and develop practical tools to help you feel more grounded and confident in your life.

If you are someone who feels deeply or tends to overthink, you are especially welcome here. As a highly sensitive person myself, I understand how intense the inner experience can be, and I also know how to help you work with that sensitivity as a strength rather than something that holds you back.

I integrate traditional therapy with mindfulness, self-compassion, and holistic approaches so that you’re not only coping, but also growing in a meaningful and lasting way.

You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. If you’re ready for support, I would be honored to be part of your journey.

What you can expect from me

We will collaborate to create a healing, open minded space for self discovery, acceptance and deep insight. We will adapt your sessions to your needs, whether that be more structured treatment or more open ended flow for self exploration.

With many decades of experience, I help people navigate anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional overwhelm with clarity and support.

My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, focused on helping you feel understood while building practical tools for growth and resilience. After years of working with highly sensitive people, I also offer insight into working with deep emotions and sensitivity as a strength. If you’re ready for support and meaningful change, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
