Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, depression, health concerns, grief, relationship challenges, or major life transitions begin affecting your daily life. You may feel emotionally exhausted, stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or uncertain about how to move forward. I work with adults and older adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, diabetes and chronic illness, women's issues, maternal mental health concerns, grief and loss, stress management challenges, panic disorders, relationship difficulties, and emotional wellness concerns. With years of experience supporting individuals through life's challenges, I believe every person deserves a compassionate space where they feel heard, respected, and supported. Together, we'll explore the experiences contributing to your current struggles, identify your strengths, and develop practical strategies that help you build resilience, improve emotional well-being, and create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, person-centered, and collaborative. I believe therapy works best when clients feel supported, understood, and empowered throughout the healing process. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Humanistic Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Strength-Based Therapy, Compassion-Focused interventions, and Trauma-Informed Care to tailor treatment to each client's unique needs and goals. Together, we'll explore the thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and life experiences influencing your current challenges while building practical tools that support long-term growth. Whether you're managing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, chronic illness, grief, stress, panic symptoms, or maternal mental health challenges, therapy will focus on helping you improve emotional regulation, strengthen coping skills, and create lasting positive change.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a compassionate, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel safe sharing your experiences and working toward meaningful goals. I strive to create a therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and collaboration. As we work together, you may develop healthier coping strategies, increased confidence, stronger emotional resilience, improved communication skills, and greater clarity about the direction you want your life to take. My goal is to help you navigate life's challenges with greater confidence while building a stronger foundation for emotional wellness, healthier relationships, and long-term personal growth. You don't have to face difficult seasons of life alone.
