Great to meet you!

At Healthy Growth Mindset, LLC, you can expect a therapeutic experience that is rooted in respect, guided by evidence-based practice, and tailored to your unique neurodivergent journey. I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where your identity, voice, and lived experiences are honored. Whether you’re navigating ADHD, autism, trauma, anxiety, or life transitions, I’m here to walk beside you with empathy, clinical expertise, and a deep belief in your capacity for growth. Together, we’ll work toward meaningful goals, build self-awareness, and cultivate resilience through personalized strategies that align with your strengths. My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and always centered on helping you feel safe, seen, and supported.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative, neurodiversity-affirming, and deeply person-centered. I believe therapy should honor each client’s unique strengths, sensory needs, learning style, and communication preferences—especially for those who are neurodivergent. Drawing from evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and polyvagal-informed interventions, I tailor each session to meet you where you are emotionally, cognitively, and developmentally.

I incorporate structured tools for emotional regulation, executive functioning, and identity development while also holding space for creative expression, sensory integration, and lived experience. My work is collaborative and strength-based—rooted in compassion, guided by clinical knowledge, and responsive to real-life challenges.

I strive to create a space that is safe, affirming, and empowering—where healing happens at your pace, with dignity and choice at the center.

What you can expect from me

Each session is designed to offer more than just insight—it’s a space for real growth, practical tools, and meaningful change. Clients often leave sessions with greater clarity, personalized strategies for managing emotions or executive functioning, and a stronger sense of self. Whether we’re working on emotional regulation, communication skills, self-advocacy, or navigating neurodivergent challenges, you’ll gain skills you can apply in daily life.

You can expect to build self-trust, develop coping tools that actually work for your brain and body, and experience a deeper connection to your values and identity. Most importantly, you’ll leave with the reassurance that your experiences are valid, your goals are achievable, and you’re not alone in the journey.
