Great to meet you!

I have over 25 years of experience as a therapist working with all ages. I am a EMDRIA Certified EMDR therapist, and I hold additional certification in trauma-informed therapy. I am committed to ongoing education and professional development to bring the latest, most effective practices to my work. My role is not to just guide you through immediate challenges but to empower you with skills and insights that foster long-term resilience.

My approach to therapy

Trauma is incredibly personal and often feels isolating. I prioritize on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can freely express your thoughts and feelings. My goal is to truly understand your experiences and validate your emotions, ensuring you feel heard and respected. I am here to support you with empathy, expertise, and a personalized approach to help you navigate and heal from your trauma.

What you can expect from me

My practice is rooted in trauma-informed care principles. Everyone's experience with trauma is unique, so I customize treatment plans to fit your specific needs and goals. Often I see clients who are struggling with depression or anxiety which is directly influenced by trauma from their past, current relationships, or family relations. Clients commonly see improvement with their symptoms within a month which continues, thereafter.
