Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Heather. Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and life’s stress, emotional

challenges, or transitions can be hard to navigate on your own. I work with people who are dealing with things like anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss, trauma, relationship concerns, or the general feeling of being stuck. My goal is to offer a safe, supportive space where you feel

heard, respected, and understood — no matter where you are in your journey.

My approach to therapy

I bring a compassionate and collaborative style to therapy. Clients describe me as attentive, warm, and genuinely present — someone who listens without judgment and meets you exactly where you are. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, honor your strengths, and create

meaningful steps toward change. We’ll work at a pace that feels comfortable for you, focusing on insights and tools that help you feel more balanced, confident, and grounded over time.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, open conversation where you are truly heard. We’ll talk about what brought you in, what feels most important to you right now, and what hope or change looks like for you moving forward. You’ll leave with clarity around next steps and a

sense of connection, support, and direction. Over time, many people notice they feel more capable of managing stress, more hopeful about their future, and more resilient in everyday life.
