My practice is able to see clients for most mental health diagnoses, utilizing most modalities. I specialize in the treatment of addictions and trauma and my experience in these areas is vast. I most enjoy utilizing IFS, EMDR, and AEPD to address these issues. I am EMDRIA certified in EMDR and IFS level I trained.

I am skilled at creating a welcoming, non-judgmental space for healing. I use many evidenced based practices to achieve this goal.

Clients should expect healing from trauma and reduction in drivers to utilize substances or other maladaptive ways to cope as a result of fully processing their experiences.
