Great to meet you!

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist, and a registered art therapist. Art is my language. I am patient, focused and not afraid to use art as a tool to both engage clients in rapport building and to develop coping skills. I am particularly interested in neuroscience and how the brain works, but am also humorous, playful and think outside the box when it comes to therapy with my clients.

My approach to therapy

I enjoy thinking outside the box and using art based interventions. There is no "one size fits all", therapists don't have magic wands, don't "fix" people. But I believe therapists are superheroes.

What you can expect from me

Our first sessions will be devoted to rapport building and exploring goals for therapy. I ask questions and recognize how awkward the process can be.
