Great to meet you!

I have dedicated a combined 8 years to Substance Use Disorder and Mental Health counseling, having obtained my Master’s degree in social work in 2022. I enjoy working with individuals who are self-motivated and who are looking to make positive changes in their lives. Many of my clients are individuals who are challenged by ADHD, grief, and life transitions. However, I also have extensive experience working with individuals diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety, and Depression. My decision to enter the helping field came after experiencing my own challenges with mental health, so rest assured that while working with me, you will be met with empathy, understanding, and acceptance.

My approach to therapy

My practice is person centered and compassion focused, and I enjoy drawing from multiple treatment types to tailor your therapy to your needs. In our initial sessions we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress towards your therapy goals.

What you can expect from me

The goal of sessions is to leave you feeling like you’ve been heard and understood while also feeling like you’ve made progress towards your goals for your emotional wellness.
