Great to meet you!

Accepting NEW JERSEY... Patients ...VIRTUAL visits.........As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), I provide compassionate, evidence-based care for children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, mood disorders, and other mental health challenges. My approach combines medication management with supportive psychotherapy, education, and practical coping strategies to help patients feel understood, empowered, and emotionally stable.

I believe mental health treatment should be collaborative, individualized, and judgment-free. Every patient has a unique story, and I take time to understand the full picture — including emotional, medical, family, academic, occupational, and social stressors that may be impacting overall well-being.

I work with patients experiencing:

Anxiety and panic symptoms

Depression and mood instability

ADHD and executive functioning difficulties

Trauma and stress-related concerns

Sleep disturbances and insomnia

Bipolar spectrum disorders

Emotional dysregulation

Life transitions, burnout, and relationship stress

My treatment style is warm, direct, and solution-focused. I value creating a safe environment where patients can openly discuss concerns without fear of stigma or judgment. I also emphasize education, helping patients understand diagnoses, medications, side effects, and realistic treatment expectations so they can actively participate in their care.

I understand that seeking psychiatric care can feel overwhelming, especially for first-time patients. My priority is to help individuals feel comfortable, heard, and supported throughout the treatment process.

My approach to therapy

I also specialize in Christian counseling based on the KJB. I use Bible verses, biblical principles and western philosophy to help manage your mental wellness.

Western approach to managing mental wellness typically involves a combination of therapy (such as cognitive-behavioral therapy or talk therapy) and medication, if necessary. Additionally, lifestyle changes such as exercise, proper nutrition, stress management techniques, and social support are emphasized.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their mental wellness journey through a blend of Western therapeutic techniques and biblical principles. Together, we will explore medication management, cognitive-behavioral therapy strategies, and lifestyle adjustments. We will delve into Western therapeutic techniques infused with biblical principles to help clients see themselves from a different perspective and find peace in their imperfections.
