Great to meet you!

Healing from trauma can feel complex, isolating, and deeply personal. You may be sorting through questions about identity, beliefs, relationships, or your sense of self in ways that feel overwhelming or disorienting. You don’t have to navigate that alone. I’m a trauma therapist with over 10 years of experience, holding a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I specialize in religious trauma and deconstruction, EMDR therapy, LGBTQIA+ affirming care, military personnel and families, and individualized assessments that help guide truly personalized treatment.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, grounded, and compassionate. I view therapy as a partnership—one where we move at your pace, gently exploring what you’ve been carrying while making space for clarity, healing, and self-trust. Together, we work to untangle harmful narratives, process trauma, and rebuild a sense of identity that feels authentic and aligned with who you are now. I’m especially passionate about creating a safe, affirming space for women and LGBTQIA+ clients navigating religious trauma and deconstruction, while welcoming anyone who feels connected to trauma work. You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin. We’ll take it one step at a time, with care and intention, building something that feels steady, meaningful, and truly your own.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take some time to talk about what’s bringing you to therapy and what you’d like to focus on. We’ll also explore some of your past experiences and start getting to know each other to see if working together feels like a comfortable and helpful fit.
