Great to meet you!

It's great to meet you! Seeking help can be the hardest part, so congratulations on taking this first step. I've been a licensed clinician for over 25 years and enjoy helping adolescents and adults navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, overthinking, people-pleasing and big life transitions. When appropriate, I enjoy infusing support with humor and creativity.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. Building trust and rapport is at the heart of my work. Drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based approaches, I help clients identify unhelpful patterns, develop practical coping skills, and navigate life's challenges with greater confidence. Whether you're facing a specific challenge or simply feeling ready for something to change, I'll meet you where you are and support you in moving toward where you want to be.

What you can expect from me

One of my first priorities is helping you feel comfortable, welcomed, and at ease. Our initial session is less about diving into every detail of your life and more about getting know one another.

We'll discuss what's bringing you in, the challenges your'e facing, and what you hope to gain from therapy. I'll ask questions to better undertand your experiences, strengths, and goals, but there is no pressure to share everything all at once.

I strive to create a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you feel heard and respected. Together, we'll identify meaningful goals and begin developing a plan that helps you move toward greater clarity, confidence and growth.
