Great to meet you!

I work with young adults and beyond, helping navigate life’s heavier moments—anxiety, depression, trauma, substance recovery, and major transitions. Together, we’ll build a trusting, collaborative space where you can explore challenges, find clarity, and grow—sometimes with a little humor to lighten the load. I bring real-world experience from medical and psychiatric settings, blending practical problem-solving with the understanding that lasting change comes from a strong, ongoing therapeutic relationship.

My approach to therapy

I work from a psychodynamic approach within a supportive and collaborative environment. Together, we explore the patterns, relationships, and experiences that have shaped your life, helping you gain insight and understanding into yourself. Therapy is a space where your story is heard, and we work together to uncover meaning, resolve inner conflicts, and foster personal growth. My goal is to help you feel understood, empowered, and more connected to your own sense of self.

What you can expect from me

First sessions can sometimes feel a little intimidating, and that’s completely normal. I strive to make your first session welcoming and supportive. We’ll spend time getting to know you, exploring your personal history, and understanding what brought you to therapy. Together, we’ll start identifying goals and areas to focus on, creating a collaborative plan that feels meaningful and achievable for you.
