Great to meet you!

Psychiatric Care That Starts With Listening

I’m a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with more than 20 years of nursing experience. My background includes women’s health, family medicine, and military healthcare.

I work with teens and adults who may be dealing with ADHD, anxiety, depression, or other mental health concerns. I also have a special interest in women’s mental health, including pregnancy and postpartum care, and women who were not diagnosed with ADHD until later in life.

I understand that mental health can affect every part of your life—work, relationships, family, sleep, and how you feel about yourself.

My approach is simple: I listen first.

I want you to feel comfortable being yourself, asking questions, and talking openly about what you’re going through. We’ll work together to find a treatment plan that makes sense for you and fits your everyday life.

I provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive therapy in a caring, judgment-free space.

My approach to therapy

I provide medication management, supportive therapy, education, and simple tools to help with everyday life. We’ll talk through your medication options and choose a treatment plan that fits your needs.

I want visits to feel like conversations, not checklists. You should leave feeling heard, supported, and clear about your care.

My practice is not focused on long-term benzodiazepine treatment. If ongoing benzodiazepine use is part of your current care, we can talk about your needs and whether my practice is the right fit for you.

What you can expect from me

I offer a free 15-minute consultation for new clients. It’s a chance to ask questions, learn more about my approach, and see if we’re a good fit.

Your first visit is a full psychiatric evaluation. We’ll talk about what’s been going on, your health history, your goals, and treatment options that fit your needs.

You’ll have time to ask questions, and we’ll make decisions together so you feel comfortable with your care.

My hope is that you leave your first appointment feeling heard, supported, and glad you reached out.
