Great to meet you!

Hi there! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 15 years in private practice and many years as a social worker in health care. I am also a lifelong fitness enthusiast, starting my life in competitive tennis at five years old. I am a California native who has fallen in love with Connecticut, living in its splendor for the past 7 years! My focus in life is love. My passion not only includes health and wellness but also creativity. I have been writing poetry since high school and, I started painting again for pleasure and relaxation. My intention is to complete my book which is with the publishers in final editing. I am looking forward to a long life of love, health, and happiness!

My approach to therapy

I am an open-minded, non-judgmental therapist who focuses on how the brain connects with the body and how our behavior and mood reacts. My style of therapy varies based on your individual needs.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you will get to know me as well as me getting to know you. I would like you to feel safe, comfortable and relaxed, knowing that I am here for you. My goals and outcomes for you are based on a treatment plan which you and I create. I want you to learn, get better, and grow at your own pace and what feels right for you. I am available for office visits and will arrange these visits with you after our first consult.
