Hi, My name is Heather and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor, and am certified in Animal Assisted Play Therapy and grief and loss. I was formerly a Registered Nurse, so have a special interest in helping people dealing with medical issues, trauma, grief and loss.Your story and challenges are unique to you, and I am here to help you remove the roadblocks that prevent you from living your best life.

My therapeutic approach is individualized to your specific needs. I am very person centered, and believe we all have the capability to find solutions to our struggles. I focus on empowering you to find answers to your problems, and gain confidence in yourself.
