For the last ten years I have worked in an outpatient setting providing therapy to adults, children and families. Graduating from USC, with a focus in clinical work, continuing to become licensed with the state of CA. I specialize in CBT, trauma informed therapy, motivational interviewing, and strength based interventions.

My approach to therapy

I provide person centered therapy, one that focuses on the clients needs and goals. I believe each clients experience is unique, I work with clients, providing a safe space, while developing interventions that work for them and are solution focused.
