Great to meet you!

I take a warm, compassionate, and collaborative approach to my work, creating a space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported. I believe in meeting each person where they are and tailoring my approach to their unique needs, goals, and experiences. My style is thoughtful and nonjudgmental, with an emphasis on building trust and helping clients develop practical tools and meaningful insight. I strive to make each session a comfortable space for growth, reflection, and positive change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is practical and collaborative, with focus on helping you move forward. We’ll work together to identify the problems that are getting in your way, develop effective coping skills, and build strategies. My goal isn’t for you to stay in therapy indefinitely—it’s to help you gain the tools, insight, and confidence you need to handle life’s challenges and eventually get back out into the world feeling more capable and prepared.

What you can expect from me

I understand that starting therapy can feel uncomfortable or even intimidating, and the first session is often the hardest. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’re hoping to change, and how I can help. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you walk through the door. Often, the best part comes after that first meeting, when you realize there is someone in your corner who is ready to listen, understand, and help you work through what you’re facing.
