Great to meet you!

Taking the first step toward therapy isn't always easy, and I want you to know that you don't have to navigate it alone. I have over 18 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being honest and genuinely heard. I work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, burnout, difficult experiences, and feeling overwhelmed.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your individual needs and goals. Together, we'll explore what may be keeping you stuck, identify patterns that may no longer be serving you, and work toward meaningful change. I believe therapy should be more than simply talking about problems—it should provide practical tools and strategies that help you better understand yourself, manage emotions, strengthen relationships, build confidence, and feel more in control of your life.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a welcoming, judgment-free environment where we take time to get to know you, understand what brought you to therapy, and discuss what you hope to accomplish. We'll begin identifying your priorities and creating goals that feel realistic and meaningful to you. Most importantly, I want you to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful that change is possible. Therapy is a process, and we'll work together at a pace that feels comfortable while developing skills you can use both inside and outside of our sessions.
