Great to meet you!

Life can look perfectly fine from the outside while privately feeling overwhelming. You may appear successful, responsible, or capable to others while internally struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional overwhelm, or relationships that feel intense and exhausting. You may overthink conversations, fear being abandoned, feel emotions deeply, or wonder why the same painful patterns continue despite your best efforts. If this sounds familiar, you are not alone. For nearly 22 years, I have helped adults throughout California better understand their emotions, improve relationships, and build more stable, meaningful lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I integrate evidence based modalities such as CBT, ACT, and DBT informed skills, always tailoring treatment to the individual rather than applying a rigid framework. I focus on helping clients calm emotional overload, improve mood stability, and develop coping strategies that are realistic and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a calm, supportive space where we focus on understanding what has brought them to therapy and what they hope will feel different. I prioritize emotional safety, clarity, and pacing rather than pushing for immediate solutions or deep processing. We will talk about current stressors, emotional patterns, and goals for therapy, and I will offer initial guidance to help clients feel more grounded by the end of the session. My goal is for clients to leave feeling heard, steadier, and supported.
