Great to meet you!

I can understand first-hand how difficult it can be to reach out for help for the first time. I believe in the importance of "practicing what you preach" and I have been the client in the room who needs extra support. I invite you to give yourself a chance, try something new, and gain a healthy perspective on how to address complicated moments in your life.

My approach to therapy

My services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client by using a client-centered approach, allowing you to guide me in understanding the areas of your life that you would like support in.

What you can expect from me

I can understand that the first appointment can bring some feelings of anxiety and my goal is to ease you of those worries. The first appointment will be information gathering on your current stressors and learning to understand how those stressors are impacting your ability to enjoy your life in the way you want.
