Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker with a background in psychosocial oncology and am a certified clinical trauma professional (CCTP). I specialize in helping adults navigate life's challenges. My style is warm, honest, and collaborative. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine conversation.

My approach to therapy

I help individuals navigate some of life's hardest seasons such as infertility, anxiety, depression, caregiver stress, & the emotional impact of medical concerns. I see clients during the evenings hours. My approach blends evidence-based tools with warmth, honesty, and compassion.

What you can expect from me

In our first session my focus is on getting to know you, what has been weighing on you, what you have already tried, and what kind of support actually feels helpful. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling seen, grounded, and like you finally have someone in your corner.
