Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of California with a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. With over 10 years of experience, I have worked extensively in individual therapy and higher levels of care with experience working with adults aged 18 and older with mental health disorders in addition to substance use disorders. My diverse background has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to effectively address a wide range of mental health concerns.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is engaging, thought-provoking, and incorporates humor to build rapport with my clients. I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities to meet the unique needs of each client. My foundational approaches include investigating attachment style, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. These serve as the building blocks for therapy, however I also incorporate many evidence-based practices based on the individual needs of my clients.

What you can expect from me

I prioritize building strong therapeutic alliances with clients; therapy is most effective when you feel heard, understood, and empowered. Within a safe, supportive environment, I'll help you explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a meaningful way.

I provide high-quality, compassionate care to those seeking support. If you're searching for a therapist that's engaging, empathetic, and will challenge you in a healthy way, I am here to support you on your journey towards healing and growth!
