Great to meet you!

Even when life feels stormy—or you’ve tried everything—deep peace, clarity, and wholeness are possible. Many of my clients gain meaningful insight and momentum, feel less anxious, and begin creating lasting change within 2 to 4 months of weekly therapy. Interweaving 25+ years as a professor specializing in philosophical psychology with 20+ years teaching mindfulness, yoga, and somatic integration, I offer advanced, highly tailored care for deep healing. My style is collaborative, warm, humorous, compassionate, and forthright.

I specialize in complex trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship dynamics. Using a versatile clinical toolkit, we’ll uncover the root of persistent patterns and reconnect you with the wisdom of your mind and body.

My approach to therapy

Together, we’ll find the therapeutic approach that honors your unique path—guiding you past feeling stuck into true relief, agency, and authentic joy. You deserve space to feel understood, valued, and empowered to live whole. I invite you to reach out for an initial consultation to explore how we can work together toward your transformation.

What you can expect from me

Starting from our very first session, I'll endeavor to get to know the real you and give you a few tools right at the outset for you to try out. Within the first couple of weeks, we'll collaborate on targeted and individualized treatment goals and start making progress. My clients usually see relief from some of their most troubling concerns within 2-4 months of weekly sessions.
