Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas, providing mental health counseling services since 2018. I believe that every individual has a unique life story, and that our present experiences are often shaped by what we’ve encountered in the past. I am committed to working collaboratively with each client to identify strengths, clarify goals, and build practical skills that support emotional well-being and healthier relationships.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy with a deep respect for each person's cultural background and life experiences, maintaining a strong commitment to multicultural awareness and sensitivity. My therapeutic style is integrative and client-centered—I believe that you are the expert on your life. Together, we’ll explore patterns of behavior and uncover the core beliefs that may be contributing to current challenges. My role is to support and guide you with empathy and encouragement, helping to build self-awareness and make sense of past experiences.

Mental health is a journey. Feeling lost now doesn’t define your future. It takes courage and strength to pursue a more meaningful and fulfilling life. If you’re ready to take that step, I’m here to walk alongside you—offering support, encouragement, and empowerment every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

The first session is all about getting to know each other in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space. We’ll begin by exploring what brings you to therapy, what you'd like to work on, and any goals or hopes you have for the process. I’ll also ask questions about your background, current challenges, and any previous therapy experiences to help me better understand your unique story.

This session is also a chance for you to get a feel for how I work and ask any questions you may have about therapy. There’s no pressure to dive too deep right away—we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and understood.

By the end of our first session, we’ll discuss potential next steps and collaborate on a plan moving forward, based on your needs and preferences. Whether you're feeling nervous, uncertain, or hopeful, you are welcome just as you are.
