I received my Masters in Social Work from George Mason University. After graduation I have pursued continued studies in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Somatic Integration and Processing, and Somato-Symbolic Processing.
I use a combination of attachment focused therapy, somatic (body-centered) therapy, and EMDR therapy to promote the gentle release of trauma from the mind and body.
Working deeper within the therapeutic relationship, my goal for all of my clients is to learn a deeper sense of self-truth. Change is incredibly hard. As we learn more truths about ourselves, we can open up to more choice in how we want to show up in the world.
