Great to meet you!

I'm a double board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and family nurse practitioner, and a Cincinnati native. My career began in 2016 in primary care and family practice, but I quickly saw how many patients needed psychiatric care and had nowhere to turn. That gap led me to pursue additional training in behavioral health — a decision that became a real passion. I completed my psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner certification in spring 2026. I have extensive experience in collegiate health and a particular interest in supporting young adults through life transitions.

Please note that I do not currently prescribe controlled substances — such as stimulant medications (e.g., Adderall, Vyvanse) or benzodiazepines — through telehealth appointments. If you're not sure whether your medication falls into this category, feel free to reach out and I'll be glad to help clarify.

My approach to therapy

My family practice background gives me a whole-person view of care. Physical and mental health are deeply connected, and I bring that understanding into finding medication regimens that support your mental health goals while prioritizing your physical health and working safely alongside any other conditions or medications you're managing. I believe you know yourself best. My goal is to partner with you — listening closely and working together toward treatment you feel comfortable with. Education is a big part of that: understanding your condition and options helps you become your own best advocate. At heart, I'm an optimist. I'm here to be your cheerleader and support you in becoming the best version of yourself. I'd love the chance to get to know you and be part of your care.

What you can expect from me

Your initial visit is extended to give us time to get to know one another and build familiarity. We'll review your medical and psychiatric history in detail — the information you share is key to identifying patterns, ruling out any medical causes for your symptoms, and forming an accurate diagnosis. From there, we'll begin exploring whether medication may be a good fit for you and, if so, which options align best with your goals.
