Great to meet you!

I want you to know that I see therapy as a true, non-judgmental partnership, and my fundamental belief is that real change begins with radical self-acceptance. So much of our emotional suffering comes from trying to resist, deny, or push away the painful experiences and parts of ourselves we view as "negative." In our work together, we won't try to erase your past; instead, we will learn to accept and integrate your trauma into your story—transforming those heavy experiences into a foundation for genuine strength and personal growth.

I view you as a whole person, and I believe you already hold the innate capacity to heal; sometimes your mind and body just need the right tools to unfreeze. Drawing from my own deep, personal connection to the outdoors, I also view nature as one of our greatest co-therapists, helping us anchor that inner healing in the real world. Available both in-person at our Palm Beach County suite and virtually across Florida, my practice accepts commercial insurance for our regular, hour-long sessions, ensuring you have a safe, accessible space to stop fighting your story and start stepping into your strength.

My approach to therapy

I strongly believe that true, lasting healing occurs when we restore harmony between the mind, body, and spirit. Because traditional talk therapy alone doesn't always reach the deepest layers of stored stress, I combine evidence-based practices—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Jungian concepts, narrative exercises, and mindfulness—with powerful experiential modalities.

In our sessions, we can utilize art therapy, psychodrama, and sandtray techniques to help you externally project, visualize, and process complex emotions that are often difficult to put into words. These creative and action-oriented tools allow us to safely bypass intellectual defenses, unfreeze trapped trauma responses, and gain profound new insights into your inner world.

Beyond office-based experiential work, I place a heavy emphasis on teaching practical somatic grounding skills and showing you how to actively incorporate nature into your daily mental health routine. For clients seeking to accelerate their progress even further, I seamlessly blend these foundational, insurance-covered sessions with cutting-edge cash add-ons—such as 1-Day Nature-Based Intensives, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), and QEEG Neurofeedback—giving you a dynamic, fully customized roadmap to achieve balance and step into lasting transformation.

What you can expect from me

In our very first session—whether in-person or virtually from the comfort of your home—you can expect a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you are truly heard. We won't just skim the surface or bombard you with paperwork; we will identify exactly where your nervous system feels stuck, pinpoint what is holding you back, and set clear goals for your healing.

You will walk away from hour one with immediate skills you can start using that same day.
