Great to meet you!
Before becoming a psychotherapist, I earned a Master’s degree in Contemporary Art, where I explored the intersection of creativity, social justice, and human behavior. That background continues to shape the way I approach therapy today. Creativity invites curiosity and flexibility—it helps people explore their experiences from new perspectives and develop greater compassion for themselves.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with thoughtful women and LGBTQ+ individuals whose lives may look full on the outside but feel disconnected on the inside. Many of my clients have meaningful work, supportive relationships, and a life they’ve worked hard to build—yet still find themselves feeling lonely in relationships, questioning themselves, or wondering why they feel responsible for everyone else’s needs.
In therapy, my goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and able to explore what’s beneath those feelings. Together, we work toward greater clarity, deeper connection, and a stronger sense of trust in yourself.
In addition to my private practice, I work in leadership, developing a 13-acre treatment center—work that I genuinely love. This role allows me to stay deeply connected to the field while also maintaining a smaller, more intentional caseload. Because of this, I’m able to be fully present and engaged with the clients I do work with.
When we begin working together, I invite you to take the lead in determining the frequency of our sessions. At the same time, I’ll offer clinical guidance if I believe meeting more or less often would better support your goals.
