Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming—and you don’t have to go through it alone. My name is Heather, and I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) who works with teens (15 years old and older) and adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, grief, life transitions, and self-esteem struggles. I help by creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where we set goals together and build practical strategies that fit your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, drawing on CBT, DBT, ACT, and holistic practices that consider your mind, body, and overall wellbeing.

In our first sessions, we’ll explore your story, identify your challenges, and build tools you can use right away. I combine evidence-based therapy with a whole-person perspective and am completing yoga teacher training to offer mind-body practices for clients who want a holistic approach.

What you can expect from me

I’m passionate about this work because I believe everyone deserves hope, support, and the chance to thrive. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
