Great to meet you!

I have a passion for therapy and truly believe that everyone, myself included, should have a person that is simply there to observe and help you through the ups and downs of life.

I attended Bellevue University for my Master's degree. I completed my supervision hours at a Partial Hospital which allowed me to work with individuals with varying diagnosis. This gave me a lot of training in Trauma Therapy, Anxiety and Depression therapy as well as Greif and Loss. Just to name a few.

I work with all individuals. I work with clients as young as 12 and there is no cap on how old. I also work with all genders and identities and am actively learning how to deepen my knowledge within these populations.

My approach to therapy

My approach is to be present, approachable and relational. I want my clients to feel welcomed during our time together and to feel truly heard. My job is not to judge you, or to yell at you. My job is to hear what you are saying and to offer guidance as I can.

What you can expect from me

Typically the first session is about getting to know each other. Often, the session will lead into some goals you would like to work on and how I will help you in meeting those goals.
