Great to meet you!

I believe in seeing each person who comes to therapy as a whole human being—not just a diagnosis or a set of problems. My goal is to create a comfortable, safe space where you can talk openly and build a genuine connection with a therapist you trust. I work hard to be that supportive presence for everyone who walks through my door. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, but at the heart of my work is a person-centered style. This means I meet you with respect, compassion, and an open mind. I believe people grow best when they feel accepted just as they are. No matter what brings you to therapy—stress, life changes, relationships, or simply wanting to understand yourself better—we’ll work together to create more clarity, balance, and peace in your life. Therapy is a tool anyone can benefit from. Life can be challenging, and having someone in your corner to help you navigate those challenges can make all the difference.

My approach to therapy

I work with the client to built a strong relationship and from there, we build on the client's coping skills, self-soothing, process emotions, and I educate the client about therapeutic tools.

What you can expect from me

In a first session, we will get to know each other in a natural and comfortable way. I will listen, ask questions, gather history, and ensure that the client feels comfortable continuing their treatment with me.
