Great to meet you!

I utilize over 20 years of experience to provide personalized faith-based counseling and offer a guiding hand to those navigating life's challenges.

I specialize in working with people who are of Christian faith struggling with emotions, thoughts, life-stressors, past events or choices, or relationships.

My dedicated purpose is to help you find your way, experience freedom, live meaningfully, and know lasting change.

A bit about my approach to therapy

The foundation of my approach focuses on thoughts and beliefs and how these affect my client's emotions, relationships, and decisions.

We will explore and discover the thoughts and beliefs that undermine your freedom, success, and living the life you were meant to live. We will replace barriers and faulty thinking with truth, which will lead to greater clarity, freedom, confidence, and inner peace.

What you can expect from our first session

I truly listen to and partner with my clients through a team approach as I provide the navigation.

Clients will take away from their sessions a greater understanding of themselves, their struggles and strengths, as well as the steps to healing, restoration and reconciliation.
