Great to meet you!

As a licensed psychologist, I have worked primarily within educational settings over the past twenty years. Prioritizing mental health can be challenging in our increasingly busy lives, but it's one of the most important steps we can take for ourselves.

I've seen firsthand how much has shifted for families: the pressure of working full-time while parenting full-time, the very real impact of screens and technology on child development, and how hard it is to set limits in a world that keeps piling on demands. I work with adults who are navigating stress, parenting difficulties, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the everyday weight of trying to show up for everyone around them while still taking care of themselves.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, practical, and holistic approach. I find that we are often hardest on ourselves, so I will work to focus on strengths while also helping to identify areas of potential growth. I believe the things that wear us down, whether that's anxiety, burnout, relationship strain, or feeling chronically overwhelmed, are almost always connected to bigger patterns in how we live. Together we'll work on building systems that actually fit your life, setting boundaries that stick, managing stress sustainably, and getting back to a version of yourself that feels grounded.

What you can expect from me

As we start out work together, we will start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your concerns and goals. I strive to create a warm, supportive environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to create sustainable steps towards your goals.
