Great to meet you!

I'm a liscensed and board certified Creative Arts Therapist who obtained my master's in Creative Arts Therapy Counseling through Hofstra University. My work in outpatient services, inpatient and private practice has provided experience with a vast age range from adolescence into older adulthood, and with those struggling with mild to severe mental health concerns. No matter if the struggles concern Depression, Anxiety, Borderline Personality Disorder, or Trauma, I am here support you.

My approach to therapy

Sometimes words aren’t enough to express what’s really going on inside. In our work together, I encourage the use of creative expression—such as writing, drawing, painting, or sculpting—as a way to explore and communicate your inner experience.

Through the art-making process, we can begin to better understand your emotions, navigate daily challenges, and develop new ways of coping. You don’t need any artistic experience—just a willingness to explore.

My approach is holistic, focusing on the connection between mind, body, and overall well-being. I integrate humanistic psychology, mindfulness, and creative expression to support emotional awareness, regulation, and personal growth.

I also strive to make the creative process accessible and approachable, often incorporating simple or non-traditional materials. This can help build problem-solving skills, increase self-awareness, and foster a stronger sense of purpose in everyday life.

What you can expect from me

A safe space to connect, process, and transform.

Each session is geared towards your interests, creating a personalized plan. You may find yourself immersed in the creative process whilst listening to your favorite tunes, or simply talking through what’s on your mind. the therapy space is yours to heal and grow.
