I am certified in Tele-mental health and clinical treatment for anxiety.
As a Master’s level certified addiction professional with 10 years experience in mental health and substance abuse counseling, I have a completely nonjudgmental attitude and accepting mentality.I used cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and solution focused therapy to spark the change that clients need to make. Life can be difficult. Managing the ups and downs of life can be especially stressful for those suffering from anxiety, depression, eating disorders and addiction. Putting down unhelpful habits can be hard. Even if you are in recovery, maintenance is not always easy. We often turn to things to make us feel better, not realizing the damage this does. Taking things day by day and choosing healthy coping mechanisms can be easier said than done. I offer the support needed to make better choices.
