Great to meet you!

With over 15 years of experience, I have helped countless individuals navigate the challenges they face and find peace within themselves. Together, we can work towards culminating a healthier and more fulfilling future.

When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my dogs, hiking with friends, cooking, and making flower arrangements. I also enjoy spending time doing artsy activities or attending local events.

My approach to therapy

I offer a warm and empathetic approach. Working with your theory of change, I use an eclectic approach as I believe that what works for one person may not work for you. I specialize in working with young adults dealing with relationship stress, life transitions, family of origin trauma, anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I provide personalized support to help you thrive in your personal and professional life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will go over your unique history and goals for therapy. When working with me you will be challenged to look at patterns, thoughts, and behaviors. In order to live your best life, I will teach you skills and strategies to better manage the symptoms you experience.
