Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a Seattle-based therapist who brings a warm, relational, and sex-positive approach to my work with individuals and couples. My practice focuses on helping clients navigate relationships, sexuality, identity, life transitions, anxiety, and the challenges of creating a life that feels authentic and fulfilling. I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel genuinely understood and supported while also being encouraged to explore patterns, build practical skills, and make meaningful changes. My approach is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and grounded in the belief that there is no single “right” way to live, love, or build a meaningful life.

My approach to therapy

My therapy style is warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented, with an emphasis on creating a space where clients feel comfortable being open and authentic. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while identifying practical strategies for creating meaningful change. I believe therapy should be both reflective and actionable, so I work collaboratively with clients to identify their goals, recognize patterns that may be getting in the way, and build on their existing strengths and resources. Sessions are conversational and individualized, with the direction of our work guided by what feels most relevant and meaningful to each client. When helpful, I incorporate neuroscience, psycho-education, therapeutic exercises, and practical suggestions that allow clients to continue applying the work between sessions.

What you can expect from me

I approach the initial session as an opportunity for both of us to gather information, establish a foundation for our work together, and determine whether we are a good fit. Because I work from a goal-oriented perspective, I want to ensure that we have a shared understanding of what you hope to accomplish through therapy and that our work remains aligned with those goals. Subsequent sessions are typically more conversational and fluid, with the focus guided by what feels most important to you at the time. As we explore your concerns, I offer thoughtful reflections, clinical insights, and psychoeducation when helpful. When appropriate, I may also suggest practical exercises or “homework” to help you continue exploring and applying the work from our sessions in your everyday life.
