Great to meet you!

I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in psychiatric-mental health nursing. I provide compassionate, judgment-free care for a number of different psychiatric issues including those navigating addiction and related mental health concerns. As someone in active recovery from alcohol use disorder, I understand that seeking help can feel difficult—and that recovery is personal, sometimes nonlinear, and deserving of support. I bring both clinical training and lived experience to my work, partnering with each person to build a treatment plan that reflects their goals, strengths, and needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and centered on you as a whole person—not just a diagnosis. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can speak openly and feel heard without judgment. Through active listening and empathy, I work to understand your experiences, concerns, and goals, then partner with you to develop a treatment plan that feels realistic and meaningful. I’m here to offer clinical guidance, encouragement, and steady support as you navigate challenges and work toward greater well-being and recovery.

What you can expect from me

Your first appointment is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin understanding what support would be most helpful to you. We’ll talk about what brings you in, your mental health and treatment history, your current concerns, and the goals you’d like to work toward. I’ll make space for your questions and listen without judgment. Together, we’ll discuss possible next steps and develop a plan that reflects your needs and preferences in regard to your goals and treatment. You don’t need to have everything figured out before we meet—starting the conversation is enough.
