Great to meet you!

Hello, happy you are here! I am glad you are taking this step to seek therapy. It is important to find someone who is a good fit for you and your needs. I have had over 30 years of experience in working with people with issues with trauma, depression, anxiety, and addiction. In the past 6 years, I have had experience working with the LGBTQIA community.

My approach to therapy

I think the therapy relationship is a very special and unique one, and understand what a privilege it is to have you share your story with me. I hope to have a partnership with you where you feel comfortable sharing and are able to feel supported, challenged, and heard.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I will get the opportunity to hear your story and hear what you are hoping to work on in therapy. We’ll work together to figure this out. My aim is to foster a warm, welcoming environment where you can comfortably share and be vulnerable, and feel safe. We will work together sessions to turn these aspirations into reality for you.
