Great to meet you!

I am a warm, supportive and affirming therapist who helps clients manage the difficulties in life and create goals to improve it. I utilize strategies to assist clients to regulate their emotions, practice mindfulness, enhance interpersonal effectiveness, and improve distress tolerance. Through acceptance and change, external stressors can be minimized. I am an experienced therapist who provides therapy to seniors, adults, couples, and college students who are experiencing anxiety, social phobias, fatigue, or emotional, behavioral, addictive or attachment issues. Certified in addictions and DBT, I provide a non-judgmental environment. Gottman trained relationship therapist, I can assist couples to improve their relationships. As a military informed therapist, I work with those on active duty, as well as veterans. Learning to manage external and internal (chatter/self talk) stressors will lead to a life of fulfillment and peace.

A happy life involves acceptance and also a willingness to change. A Christian, spiritual, trauma, grief, and addictions informed therapist, I assist individuals to manage these challenges. I provide a therapeutic environment working with those who are diagnosed with Borderline and Bipolar Disorders utilizing DBT, ACT, BCT and IFS, among other approaches.

I am compassionate, understanding, and supportive! Together we create a treatment plan with goals. All individuals are born equipped with the resources to find happiness and peace. The therapeutic relationship combined with techniques/strategies can improve mental health and relationships. Take the first step and give me a call-licensed in FL, NJ and PA.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is Adlerian, Reality, and Attachment Based. I incorporate internal family systems, DBT, CBT and ACT. My approach tends to be from a solution-focused perspective. I implement a variety of person-centered approaches. Recognizing and accepting one's emotions, positive and uncomfortable ones, is the first step. The full experience of life involves physical, mental, social and spiritual health.

What you can expect from me

My clients feel heard and supported and leave each session with a clearer understanding of their difficulties and goals. I am very relatable!
