I graduated with my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2022 and became a Licensed Professional Counselor in May 2025. I have experience working with teenagers and adults navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, gender identity, sexuality, self-esteem, relationship concerns, life transitions, and emotional regulation.
As a therapist, I believe that therapy should be a space where clients feel heard, supported, and safe to show up as they are. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered, with a focus on helping clients better understand themselves, build coping skills, and create meaningful change in their lives.
In sessions, I like to hear your story and understand your thoughts, experiences, and how you view themselves and the world around you. I do not believe every session needs a strict agenda unless it feels necessary or helpful for your goals.
