Hello! My name is Heidi. I have 25 years' experience providing child, adolescent, family, and individual therapy. I work through a fully trauma informed mindset, with an Eco-Systemic lens, and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy tenets. The purpose of this is to work on the whole person and the environment, not just the presenting issue.

I have substantial education and training to provide you with the most cutting edge, evidence-based, and measurable outcomes.

We will work on you... the WHOLE YOU. Together, we will learn multiple ways to create a positive life lens, promote growth, and illicit change to establish BALANCE. We will begin to identify what our body is saying as a response to stimuli in our environment. With this knowledge, we can then begin to determine how we can manage emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. We will do this with as treatment plan tailored specifically to your needs and developed together.

I want you to walk away from sessions refreshed, energized, and feeling like you can and HAVE made change. The environment in our sessions will provide you with the ability to discuss issues from every angle and feel safe expressing your inner most thoughts on those ideas.
