I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Miami and my Master’s in Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. At Salt & Light Healing Wellness, I combine traditional therapeutic approaches with holistic techniques. We might use mindfulness, breathwork, crystals, essential oils, and (soon) Reiki to help you feel balanced and grounded. My passion lies in helping individuals cultivate self-love, resilience, and clarity.
