Heidi Guevara

I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Miami and my Master’s in Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. With years of experience and a deep commitment to holistic mental health, I help clients connect with their inner strength and create pathways to a fulfilling life.

At Salt & Light Healing Wellness, I combine traditional therapeutic approaches with holistic techniques. We might use mindfulness, breathwork, crystals, essential oils, and (soon) Reiki to help you feel balanced and grounded. My passion lies in helping individuals cultivate self-love, resilience, and clarity.

My goal is to help you feel safe, heard, and supported as we work together to address the thoughts and patterns that may be holding you back.

With a holistic and spiritual approach to mental health, I am passionate about exploring how our thoughts shape our physical sensations, especially when pain arises without a clear physical cause. I believe deeply in the mind-body connection and am dedicated to guiding clients toward meaningful healing and self-discovery.
