Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona with more than a decade in behavioral health. After several years working in clinical quality and care review for Managed Care, I'm returning to direct work with clients, and bringing that broader lens to the room. I work with adults navigating stress, life transitions, mild-to-moderate anxiety.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, structured, and forward-looking. I draw primarily from evidence-based cognitive-behavioral methods for clients ready to move toward concrete change. I also bring a Strength-Based lens to the work. In practice, that means we'll spend less time analyzing why patterns formed and more time identifying what's keeping them in place — and what to do about it. I ask a lot of questions, not to dig for hidden meaning, but because the most useful insight usually comes from clients themselves when they're asked the right one. You'll leave sessions with concrete tools, frameworks, and ideas to try between appointments.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be a working conversation. I'll ask what brought you to therapy now, what you've already tried, and how you will know when you're ready to leave therapy. By the end of the hour, we'll have a clear sense of whether we should keep working and what we will focus on if we do. If I'm not the right fit, I'll help you find someone who is.
