Great to meet you!

I specialize in helping clients whose work dissatisfaction is affecting their emotional well-being and causing stress, anxiety, depression, or relationship difficulties. I also help women who are navigating infertility. I am skilled and experienced in working with adults and teenagers who have difficulty forming and maintaining relationships, and I also specialize in helping first-generation and/or minoritized college students who are having difficulty navigating college life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to counseling is empowering, LGBTQ+ affirming, culturally inclusive, and body and fat positive. I believe that wellness, relationship satisfaction, and work satisfaction are possible for all bodies and backgrounds. I approach therapy genuinely, collaboratively, and with a sense of humor. I am also down-to-earth, open-minded, and professional.

What you can expect from me

Counseling should be a safe place for you to be honest and share openly about your successes, failures, joy, and pain without feeling judged. When you feel safe with your counselor, you can start looking inward and being honest about who you are and who you want to become. I provide a safe and nonjudgmental space for you to share your life's greatest moments and challenges. Beginning counseling is an act of courage and strength, and it's a privilege for me to walk along with you in this journey.
