Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist (CAGCS) specializing in oncology counseling, serious illness, chronic illness, and grief and loss. As a two-time breast cancer survivor, I bring both clinical expertise and lived understanding to my work, not because I have all the answers, but because I know no two experiences are the same.

I support people facing a diagnosis, moving through treatment, navigating survivorship, living with chronic illness or pain, and grieving losses recent or long past. I also work with caregivers, both family members and the healthcare professionals who carry this work every day. My approach is warm, direct, and grounded, drawing on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and I have a deep passion for helping clients navigate fear, loss, and the process of building a new normal.

I see clients via telehealth across Pennsylvania. My practice is a space to say the things you can't say anywhere else.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and client-centered, I meet you exactly where you are and we build the work together. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based approaches to help clients make room for difficult emotions and reclaim their identity beyond diagnosis or loss. Above all, my therapy room, even a virtual one, is a place where you can say the things you can't say anywhere else.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is low pressure and entirely focused on you, no agenda required. I'll ask some gentle questions to understand what brought you here and what you're hoping to find. My only goal is for you to leave feeling heard and like this might be a safe place to land.
