Great to meet you!

Healing and positive change is possible, you just have to be brave enough to take the first step. My approach with clients is warm and welcoming, creating a safe space for authenticity and vulnerability. I specialize in ADHD, mood, and women’s issues, which include but are not limited to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, work-life balance, and relationship issues. I incorporate mindfulness practices and self-compassion in sessions, as well as techniques to help with emotion regulation, coping with stress, and improving relationships. I look forward to guiding you on your journey to living your best life.

My approach to therapy

Clients appreciate my straightforward approach that is both direct and compassionate. I listen, validate, and empathize, while holding clients accountable. I often give homework and will follow up on how you did in the next session. I take a strengths-based approach and am my clients' biggest cheerleader.

What you can expect from me

The first session is all about getting to know you and building a great working relationship. I will be asking lots of questions to help me get a clear picture of your background, history, family dynamics, and presenting problems. From there we will discuss goal setting and desired outcomes, working to make these a reality in future sessions. Healing, growth, and change is possible if you trust the process. I'd be honored to walk alongside you on this journey.
